Build-a-Bear Easter Blossom Bunny

Posted by Connie - March 16, 2010 - Children & Baby Products, Expired Contests

I have a new found respect for Build-a-Bear after I attended an event as part of the Disney Social Media Mom’s conference in which their Chief Executive Bear, Maxine Clark, spoke.  I learned that the company has high standards for customer care and works hard to provide a great shopping experience.  I also love that they share their wealth with children’s charities.  I was thrilled when I was asked if I’d like to do a giveaway here for a $25 Build-a-Bear Workshop Gift Card!

Blossum Bunny By Build-a-Bear - Buy it online

What a sweet face!

To let me check out their quality, they sent me a sweet little bunny that arrived in their signature box but as a bonus, it came in a fabulous Easter Basket that included a small package of green grass, as well as a small package of candy. This bunny is ready to make someone smile on Easter!

I checked out their website and found the bunny, their 16 in. Blossom Bunny, retails for a very reasonable $18. Adding the dress and flip flop sandals would make this about $38 (this exact combination is not available online, however, a very similar set is for $38).  Additionally, while supplies last, they have a Facebook Fan promotion to add the basket, grass, and candy for FREE when you spend $20 and while supplies last.

The quality of the bunny is superb. This is a bunny that will stand up to some lovin’!  The pattern on it is beautiful and it looks great with and without clothes.

ENTER TO WIN Winner Chosen

Since I no longer have little ones, I’m gifting my little bunny (ARV $38) to one of my readers! Another reader will receive the $25 gift card to Build-a-Bear!

To win, comment below with you or your child’s favorite aspect of BAB or your favorite memory made at a BAB store. The bunny giveaway is open to all readers, unfortunately, only mailing addresses in the continental US are eligible for for the $25 Gift Certificate.  Please note if you’re entering for the Bunny or the Gift Card and yes, you can enter for both.  Just say so in your comment.  Contest ends 3/25/10 at 11:59 pm PST

Become a fan [http://www.facebook.com/buildabear] and share any photos you take of your new furry friend.

We recently went to the I-Carly Week end and my daughter loved it! The staff was dressed as the characters, and they even served spaghetti tacos! We had a ball and would love to go again. Entering for both:) Thanks for the opportunity, Happy Easter!

I love the “adoption” process. How they take the steps of stuffing, adding the heart, the “fluff” bath, then printing out the adoption papers. It’s been 6 years (when my son was 2) since we’ve been there. Chubby-huggy (my daughter) is now old enough to go! If I were so lucky to win, either prize would be nice. Chubby saw the bunny and said “I want that!”

Hi!!! My favorite Build-A-Bear Moment was when we went to Embassy Suites Hotel. I made our reservations on-line, they have a Build-A-Bear Package. I hid their Build-A-Bears in the back of the van. When we arrived at Embassy Suites , I gave them their Build-A-Bears and said thought you might want these(they were curious). When we checked in at the desk they gave both girls a Build-A-Bear gift set (it included Embassy Suites Pajamas, Slippers, shower cap, soap). They liked the suprise. I got to take pictures of them around the hotel with their Build-A-Bears. :O)

We just had our first Build A Bear visit a few months ago, My daughter just turned 3 and for her birthday “Grandma” took her to Build a Bear she picked out the velvet teddy and named it Annie. It was an amazing experience and would love to do it again.

I love that Build-a-Bear has such variety. My daughter loves her cuddly friends and often requests something the average store doesn’t carry for special occassions…I can always find it at BAB!

    Thank you. :-)

My favorite memory was my daughter getting her bear picking out her heart to put into the bear the lady stuffing the bear told her to twirl around holding the heart close to hers and make a wish and than kiss the heart and place it in. I wanted to just ball in tears with how precious it all seemed.

My favorite aspect of Build a Bear is being able to chose which animal I want and customize it with sound and clothing accesories. I can take both my son and daughter to Build a Bear and they each get a stuffed animal that they chose and created!

My poor little 2 year old grandson was coming down with an ear infection and was just returning from the doctor. He wanted so bad to stop by build a bear..his favorite place. The poor thing got sick while in the store and the employees were just super nice about it even though he was scared. He ended up getting a bear that he has not parted with since.
