Review: Personal Creations Gift to Commemorate 29th Anniversary
Our anniversary gift – Personal Creations Carved Heart Art Canvas
My husband and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary on October 8th. We’re pretty low-key when it comes to celebrating because we believe in being nice to each other every day, not just one day a year. Still, we like to commemorate the day in a small way and take a moment to recommit to each other for yet another year.
This year I happened upon what I think is the most adorable wall hanging and it just struck me as the perfect gift for my husband. We don’t normally buy gifts, but I justified it because we’re working on our master bedroom remodel and it’s perfect for our room.
I shopped at Personal Creations and actually found several different personalized anniversary and wedding items that I loved, but I settled on the framed Carved Heart Art Canvas because the colors were right for our room and I loved its playfulness. It also came in plenty of sizes (11 x 14, 16 x 20, 18 x 24) and framed and unframed versions. The prices range from $39.99 to $79.99.
I’ll admit I almost changed my mind because of some of the reviews. But I decided there were more that said it was a great product than not, so I decided to go for it. Boy am I glad I did. The canvas print is GORGEOUS! It’s sharp, clear, and the initials in the tree look real! My husband asked me who carved them.
The picture is currently hanging in our living room waiting until we’re ready to add art to the remodel, but I don’t mind. It looks fabulous on the deep burgundy wall and it’s a reminder that while we’ve been together since 1980, we still adore each other and don’t mind sharing the news with the world. Who says you have to be a newlywed to be proud of your commitment!
