A few weeks ago I was debating which glasses I would order from Rivet and Sway website. I posted three photos and asked for reader’s help in choosing the perfect frame for me (read: Rivet and Sway – Buy Prescription Glasses Online). While my personal first choice was the Je Ne Sais Quoi (#3), I decided to go with the people’s vote and I chose the six shooter frames in copper (#1).  I’m so glad I did because I’m getting tons of compliments when I wear them!

But before I tell you how fabulous they are, let me tell you about the ordering process. I committed to my new frame style and signed back into my Rivet and Sway account. By the way, the website is fantastic so if you haven’t visited them please take a look!  I chose my frames and then realized I had no idea how to read my glasses prescription.  After calling my doctor’s office, I was given a list of random numbers and proceeded to enter numbers on my Rivet and Sway order.  I was sure I would end up screwing up my prescription and ending up with glasses I couldn’t use.

Thankfully I didn’t have to worry.  It turns out that the majority of states require glasses orders to have the written prescription so I entered my doctor’s information on the Rivet and Sway site and they took care of ensuring I got the correct lenses.  It couldn’t have been simpler!  No more stressing out if I did it right, the experts at Rivet and Sway called my doctor’s office and confirmed everything.

I was so impressed with the entire process and was even more excited with the amount of communication I received about my order. I received confirmation that they received my test frames, that my order was placed, and that my order was shipped with my tracking number.  My glasses showed up within a few days and I immediately started wearing them!

Everything about this company is impressive from their website down to their packaging. It is apparent that Rivet and Sway truly cares about their customers and products and that makes my so happy.  I’m proud to be one of their original customers and I guarantee that I will be ordering with them in the future.
