June 5, 2012, Shout! Factory and Hasbro Studio will release to DVD the animated series G.I. JOE: Renegades Season One, Volume 1. The fan favorite features the first 13 episodes of season one in a collectible 2-DVD set – a must have for kids, collectors, and fans!
This initial production of G.I. Joe: Renegades: Season 1, Volume 1 will include a Movie Cash offer to see the upcoming theatrical release of G.I. JOE: Retaliation, which will be in theaters on June 29 – a win/win!

In this new DVD, witness the heroic G.I. team, a group of highly-trained specialists, as they’re forced to band together to thwart COBRA from taking over the world. The team, DUKE,ROADBLOCK SCARLETT, RIPCORD, TUNNEL RAT, SNAKE EYES and BREAKER — hit the road as fugitives and they’ll need to use their wits and training to prove that they’re innocent and they have to do it before they’re caught by authorities.
The voice cast includes Charlie Adler (Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen), Clancy Brown (Shawshank Redemption), Lee Majors (Six Million Dollar Man), Jason Marsden (Batman: The Brave and the Bold), Kevin Michael Richardson (The Batman), and Johnny Messner (Tears of the Sun).
