Delicious carrot-based juice recipes like these are the reason I wish I had a juicer.  So simple, so easy, and real food!  Plus, fresh squeezed juices have more nutrients that store bought juices and no preservative or artificial colors or flavors!

Carrot Apple Juice Recipe

Carrot Strawberry Juice Recipe

Carrot Ginger
Juice

5-6 medium sized carrots

1 inch of peeled fresh ginger

Carrot Apple
Juice

4-5 medium sized carrots

2 medium sized apples, cored

 

Carrot Strawberry
Juice

4-5 medium sized carrots

½ pint of strawberries

All of these Easter-inspired carrot based juices are quick and easy -

  1. Wash and prepare the fruit/vegetables
  2. Press the fruit and/or vegetables through a juicer
  3. Stir to mix the flavors or chill
  4. Serve and enjoy!
