Oscar Looks – Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog at the 82nd Academy Awards

Miss Piggy and her long suffering boyfriend, Kermit the Frog attended tonight’s 82nd Annual Academy Award ceremony in Hollywood, CA. Miss Piggy arrived in a stunning gown by Zac Posen, accented brilliantly with jewelry by Fred Leighton, and she was wearing shoes from her favorite shoe designer, Christian Louboutin. Her hair was brilliantly styled in a rolled look with a side pony by Kim Kimble. Kermit wore a black tux from Brooks Brothers
Miss Piggy’s jewels included a vintage 1940s gold ring with an amethysts and diamonds (70.0 carats). Lavender is Miss Piggy’s signature color so we were sure to see it somewhere. Her classic 1950s platinum and diamond 55 carat swirl necklace and matching 40 carats swirl bracelet was very reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe and the old Hollywood look.
Of course, the jewels didn’t stop there! Celebrity hairstylist Kim Kimble added the final touches to Miss Piggy’s sweet Oscar’s outfit with the addition of a 10 carat platinum and diamond headband and 1940s hair clip – she looked divine!
In the movie, “The Muppets,” Miss Piggy wears several designer gowns and shoes – she’s well known for her excellent taste in clothes!
