Bluer Than Blue, What Do You Do When the Blues Hit You?

Even my yard is depressed. Blah

I’m having a blue day. Nothing feels right, tastes right, or seems interesting.  I just want to crawl back in bed and forget about it.  I don’t feel like doing anything, but doing nothing is giving me a headache.  I know I should reach out (that’s what I’m doing here), get up, get moving, but I just can’t.  I need a little outside sunshine today.

What do you do when a blue mood strikes?

    I crank up my fave music or watch one of my girly comedy movies like legally Blond or grease.
    Or a real big one that helps is I do some intense workout. That creates natural endorphins

  2. On days like that I turn on every light in the house. Drives DH a little nuts but he leaves it be. I also put on Mouse World Radio and listen to Disney stuff. DH likes me to take walks but I hate doing that.
